About The Position

Eurofins EAG Laboratories is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage and profitably grow their business in an assigned territory. This role is ideal for candidates located in Northern California and surrounding areas. The position involves building customer relationships and bringing customer feedback into the larger Eurofins EAG organization. This role requires frequent domestic US and international travel (more than 50% of the time). The primary goal is to profitably grow Eurofins EAG’s sourced revenue year over year by identifying and converting the best opportunities, following established sales processes, and communicating customer needs to operational teams.

Requirements

  • BS degree in engineering, materials science or related field.
  • Prior experience in semiconductor, aerospace, medical device etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficient communicator and listener.
  • Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Strong analysis and judgment skills.
  • Able to work individually and independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented.
  • Manage multiple functions and maintain good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Ability to continuously operate a personal computer or lab equipment for extended periods of time (4 or more hours).
  • Require close distance visual acuity with or without correction (Glasses, Contacts, etc.).
  • Ability to operate a keyboard and other lab equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and understandably ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting.
  • Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
