About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager owns CAS Auto’s commercial growth across their region. The role builds the go-to-market plan for each priority country, recruits and manages a network of local sales agents, and turns owned inventory or CAS listings into firm deals. This role is extremely hands-on, for a leader who can set the strategy but also close deals in the field. CAS Auto is at a very exciting moment of growth where your region will see double-digit growth over the next few years. This will be doable by offering current listings and offerings from various vendors, and by offering existing inventory from our various storage locations all over the globe. The goal is also to initially focus on 5-8 key priority markets.

Requirements

  • English + at least one additional language
  • Excellent CRM hygiene / skills: Hubspot strongly preferred
  • Outbound, AI Sales tools strongly preferred
  • You are both a hunter and a farmer with a focus on customer experience
  • 3-5 years in sales, preferably covering multiple markets
  • Proven record of building and managing agent or distributor networks
  • Strong commercial judgement on pricing, margins and inventory management and risk

  • automotive experience preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Build a GTM plan for each market covering demand, competitors, pricing, customer segments to targets
  • Match purchasing and vehicles offerings with real market demand for faster inventory turnover
  • Define channel strategy by market: how to target, recruit and onboard local agents for which market, or through potential partnerships
  • Own targets by market and region for revenue, units sold, gross margin + contribution to profit
  • Own and track pipeline health and build up: leads, MQL/SQL, conversion rates.
  • When suitable, measure and own agent performance: sales per agent, revenue, retention.
  • Own and keep CRM discipline
  • Work closely with Sourcing and Purchasing on available inventory and thought-after models and brands and prices
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and logistics, compliance, and finance teams on all customer activities
  • Share market intelligence and “Customer Stories” so we can replicate success stories and move away from failed tests
  • Build a performance culture across the region
  • Represent your region in leadership planning and budget discussions
