Requirements

  • Sales Superstar: At least 3 years of effective sales training or 5+ years of proven sales success.
  • People Connector: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're results-driven and thrive on solving challenges.
  • Organizer Extraordinaire: Strong planning skills with the ability to stay one step ahead.
  • Mobile Leader: Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and Inspire: Motivate and mentor your sales team to achieve big goals.
  • Set and Crush Goals: Establish custom performance targets and lead your team to smash them.
  • Boost Morale: Schedule regular check-ins to keep energy levels high and celebrate wins.
