The North of Germany is a successful area of our DACH region. We have recently promoted one of our DACH sales leaders, therefore, the position is open now. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - North Germany with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. In this role, you are responsible of many different activities and accountable for different targets: Expansion of the dealer network: Identifying, visiting, convincing, and onboarding new dealers will make up a large part of the job. Creation and management of all the sale-in and sell-out support and opportunities with the intention to create strong and reliable network increasing the market share in the focus regions. Identify potential fleet business opportunities with public authorities and other organizations, and manage them in close cooperation with the Manager of Fleet. In this role you will interact and support our partners in the regions by facilitating the task of our dealers to perform their service while coaching them in their Sales activities. In this role you will provide first-tier excellent service to our dealers, work closely together with our PR-agency to ensure that Sales and Marketing activities in the region organized and repeatedly performed in the most efficient and successful way possible. You will be working from your home office spend most of your time on the road (aprox 2 days office and 3 days on the field), attending Sales/Marketing events, meeting your dealers and building on your network. There are lots of activities during weekends where you will be expected to participate, some are standard and seasonally planned, and some will be scheduled adhoc. In your position you are responsible for planned sales & dealer development targets. In this role you will report to Sales Director Europe.
