About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in driving growth across Immunology (Neurology) and Nephrology. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering strong business results through effective coaching, strategic account execution, and fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience
  • Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance

Nice To Haves

  • Prior field leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in specialty, biologics, neurology, nephrology, or immunology preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Execute regional business plans aligned to national strategy.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear actions that deliver sales growth and market share gains.
  • Ensure strong execution across priority neurologists, nephrologists, and key accounts.
  • Drive a coordinated, account-based approach to maximize portfolio performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and health systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address barriers and unlock opportunities.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Support the professional growth of ASMs through coaching and development planning.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
