Rich’s, a family-owned food company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest region, focusing on In-Store Bakery and Deli. The company is a global leader in food products, providing creative solutions for foodservice, retail, in-store bakery, deli, and prepared foods. With a global presence and significant annual sales, Rich's is dedicated to inspiring possibilities and supporting its customers with insights and products. The purpose of this role is to achieve annual sales goals and objectives for all assigned accounts, aligning with the overall In-Store Bakery & Deli (ISBD) sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for attaining sales targets, developing new selling opportunities, implementing data-driven sales approaches, and managing relationships with key accounts and broker partners. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the Midwest region.
