The Regional Sales Manager at Hydro-Thermal Corporation is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Direct Steam Injection (DSI) heating systems within a defined territory. This role specifically focuses on selling engineered thermal solutions for precise, efficient heating of liquids and slurries across various process industries, including food & beverage, pulp & paper, chemical processing, ethanol, mining, and wastewater treatment. The ideal candidate is expected to possess a strong technical aptitude combined with consultative selling skills and a 'hunter' mentality to identify customer process challenges and effectively position DSI technology as a high-value solution. The position also demands strong territory management skills and the ability to effectively motivate Channel Partners within a hybrid go-to-market environment. The role requires significant travel within the assigned territory, which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. The successful candidate must reside locally in the Waukesha/Greater Milwaukee area and be prepared for travel to the region 1-2 times per month. Legal authorization to work in the US, a valid US driver’s license, and a valid passport are mandatory.
