About The Position

WEKA is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager focused on the U.S. Air Force and Space Force. This is a quota-carrying hunter sales role targeting organizations that need uncompromising speed, simplicity, scale, and sustainability when storing, managing, processing, and analyzing their data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT Sales experience in the DoD
  • Experience selling into the U.S. Air Force and/or Space Force
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Passion and desire to work in a startup culture, directly impacting the growth of the company
  • Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
  • Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create a sales pipeline while acquiring new logos/programs and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with current customers
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Work with strategic VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
  • Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
  • Interface with many levels of WEKA senior management
