The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for sales activity with Commercial Connector Group customers within the Central region, including sales channel management. The primary duties will focus on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the design-in and sales of JAE connector products to suitable customers. Secondarily, the RSM will establish the strategic direction and management of distributors within the region, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), target account identification, technical assistance, and evaluation. The individual will be involved in all aspects of managing target accounts. Regional travel for customer visits and sales channel management will be necessary.
