About The Position

As a Regional Sales Manager – Canada, you are driving profitable revenue growth across all provinces and territories of Canada. You are developing and executing regional sales strategies, strengthening channel partner relationships, and supporting key end-user accounts. You are creating demand for Continental Disc rupture discs, pressure relief devices, and Groth tank protection products while collaborating with inside sales teams, channel partners, OEMs, contractors, and customers. You are leveraging technical expertise, market intelligence, and data-driven decision making to increase market share and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Have 3–5+ years of successful experience selling technical products in industrial markets.
  • Have experience working through distributor, manufacturer representative, or channel partner networks.
  • Have demonstrated success driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Have experience presenting technical products and solutions to customers and partners.
  • Have working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar sales management platforms.
  • Have strong sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis skills.
  • Have the ability to travel extensively throughout Canada (50–70% travel).
  • Have residence within Canada and proximity to a major commercial airport.
  • This position requires current work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to provide or continue work authorization sponsorship for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Have bilingual English/French language capability, with English as the primary business language and French as a strong asset.
  • Have experience in pharmaceutical, energy, oil & gas, chemical processing, refining, LNG, industrial manufacturing, or related markets.
  • Have knowledge of pressure relief devices, rupture discs, tank protection systems, valves, instrumentation, or engineered process equipment.
  • Have prior experience supporting both inside and outside sales organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with authorized channel partners and representatives throughout Canada.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and support to partner inside sales and outside sales personnel.
  • Conducting joint sales calls, customer visits, and territory development activities.
  • Developing partner business plans designed to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Supporting trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings related to the pressure relief industry.
  • Monitoring channel partner performance, identifying gaps, and implementing growth initiatives.
  • Supporting accurate sales forecasting, CRM updates, pipeline management, and funnel reviews.
  • Driving sales growth of Continental Disc rupture discs, pressure relief devices, and Groth tank protection products.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, energy, oil & gas, chemical processing, refining, LNG, industrial manufacturing, and related industries.
  • Developing strong relationships with strategic end-user accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with engineering, operations, and product management teams to support customer requirements.
  • Leading technical sales opportunities from opportunity identification through order closure.
  • Delivering technical presentations, training programs, and product demonstrations to customers and channel partners.
  • Supporting application engineering discussions related to pressure relief and tank protection solutions.
  • Assisting customers with product selection and specification development.
  • Participating in industry conferences, trade shows, and technical seminars.
  • Managing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  • Providing accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer activity, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities.
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting processes.
  • Preparing territory reports and strategic growth plans.
