About The Position

Affinex Capital is seeking a future regional sales manager. The Regional Sales Manager Associate (SMA) is an accelerated leadership residency where you will work directly under a veteran Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to co-lead a team of 25–30 Financial Advisors. Your mission is to learn the DNA of our sales process, drive regional production, and transition into an Associate RSM role within 12 months, with a clear path to a full RSM seat within 24 months. This role is designed for the ambitious professional who wants to bypass the traditional 10-year climb to management. We provide the platform, the territory, and the mentorship—you provide the drive and the results.

Requirements

2+ years of proven sales success in Insurance, Financial Services, or Investments.
Leadership ambition: You have reached the ceiling of individual production and are eager to move into management.
The ability to influence, motivate, and command the respect of experienced, independent-minded Financial Advisors.
Life insurance license preferred.

Annuity knowledge is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with the RSM to provide daily 1-on-1 coaching to a team of 25–30 advisors, focusing on deepening client relationships and increasing annuity production.
Monitor regional KPIs and identify "gap" areas where advisors need additional training or resources.
Act as the subject matter expert on annuity products, helping advisors structure deals and close complex business.
Manage regional sales meetings, assist in recruiting new talent, and ensure the team is aligned with corporate growth targets.
