About The Position

Alleima Business Unit Specialized is a global producer and supplier of high-quality tubular products for cutting-edge industries such as High Pressure, Aerospace, Medical, and Hydrogen. They utilize innovative solutions made from corrosion-resistant alloys like stainless steel, nickel, and titanium. The Regional Sales Manager for the Americas will lead a regional commercial team of approximately seven colleagues in customer service, inside sales, and key account management. The role focuses on driving sustainable growth through a deep understanding of customers and markets, in collaboration with production units and global sales colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Frequent travel across the Americas is expected, up to approximately 50%.
  • Location is flexible in USA but preferred in one of our Production Unit in Kennewick (WA) or Scottdale (PA).

Responsibilities

  • Own the region’s commercial performance for BU Specialized.
  • Translate BU strategy into a clear regional agenda.
  • Build profitable growth across existing and new accounts.
  • Lead the team to deliver with accountability.
  • Use judgement and make decisions close to customers.
  • Bring forward opportunities and challenges.
  • Balance order intake, pricing, margin, and cash performance with lasting customer partnerships and responsible, sustainable growth.
  • Model Alleima’s safety-first culture and ethical standards.
  • Consider long-term customer, business, and sustainability impacts in commercial decisions.
  • Translate BU and global sales priorities into a focused regional plan.
  • Take ownership of order intake, sales, profitability, and forecast performance.

  • Build trusted relationships with key accounts, understand their applications and future needs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing business and develop new customers and markets.
  • Lead pricing, negotiations, and commercial terms in collaboration with relevant production units and finance.
  • Maintain a healthy, visible pipeline; set clear priorities for opportunities.
  • Use customer, market, and performance data to improve decisions and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead and develop the regional team across customer service, inside sales, and key account management.
  • Set direction, delegate ownership, coach for performance, and create conditions for people to take initiative and succeed.
  • Represent the customer voice and work closely with production units, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to align commitments with capabilities and deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, support timely payment, and address commercial risks early, in line with company policies and delegated authority.
