About The Position

Alleima Business Unit Specialized is a global producer and supplier of high-quality tubular products for industries such as High Pressure, Aerospace, Medical, and Hydrogen. They utilize innovative solutions made from corrosion-resistant alloys like stainless steel, nickel, and titanium. The Regional Sales Manager for the Americas will lead a commercial team of approximately seven individuals in customer service, inside sales, and key account management. The role involves understanding customers and markets to drive sustainable growth, collaborating with production units and global sales teams.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading sales or commercial activity in a business-to-business environment, with evidence of growing customer relationships and delivering results.
  • Confidence with pricing, negotiation, account development, and forecasting, with the ability to connect customer value with profitable growth.
  • Interest in technical products and the markets served, with a desire to learn how material performance and product expertise solve customer challenges.
  • Ability to set clear direction, build trust, and give people ownership.
  • Coaching and developing others, addressing performance directly, and creating a team environment where people can contribute and thrive.
  • Taking a long-term view, acting with integrity, and considering safety, people, customer, and environmental impacts in leadership and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Model Alleima’s safety-first culture and ethical standards, considering long-term customer, business, and sustainability impacts in commercial decisions.
  • Translate BU and global sales priorities into a focused regional plan, taking ownership of order intake, sales, profitability, and forecast performance, and using results and market insight to drive clear actions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key accounts, understand their applications and future needs, and identify opportunities to grow existing business and develop new customers and markets.
  • Lead pricing, negotiations, and commercial terms in collaboration with relevant production units and finance, balancing competitiveness, customer value, and sustainable margins.
  • Maintain a healthy, visible pipeline, set clear priorities for opportunities, and use customer, market, and performance data to improve decisions and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead and develop the regional team across customer service, inside sales, and key account management, setting direction, delegating ownership, coaching for performance, and creating an environment for initiative and success.
  • Represent the customer voice and work closely with production units, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to align commitments with capabilities and deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, support timely payment, and address commercial risks early, in line with company policies and delegated authority.
