About The Position

The Regional Sales Leader will serve as a pivotal member of the enterprise sales organization, responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term customer success within the assigned territory. This role involves leading a high-performing team of account executives to identify, qualify, and close complex enterprise-level deals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and an inspirational coach who fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity while ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds goals of the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software or B2B technology sales.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling a high-performing sales environment and consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue quotas.
  • Deep expertise in complex, long-cycle consultative sales processes and enterprise contract negotiations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget management and complex deal structuring.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy that aligns with global enterprise objectives, identifying key growth opportunities and mitigating competitive risks.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise account executives; provide ongoing performance coaching, foster professional development, and ensure high levels of team engagement.
  • Own the regional sales forecasting rituals, maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and provide accurate, data-driven reporting to executive leadership.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for major accounts; engage with C-suite stakeholders to facilitate high-level negotiations, secure long-term contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience and to provide feedback that informs future product development.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to adjust regional tactics proactively.
