About The Position

Platinum Dental Services is seeking an experienced, people-focused Regional Partner to lead and support a portfolio of dental practices in the Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and Scottsdale areas. This field-based leadership role is for someone who thrives on developing people, improving performance, building strong relationships, and helping practices reach their full potential. As a Regional Partner, you will serve as the connection between organizational leadership and the teams within your region, overseeing the operational, financial, and cultural performance of multiple dental practices while developing Office Leaders and partnering closely with Doctors. This role requires a coach and leader who can identify opportunities, have meaningful conversations, use data to drive decisions, and develop leaders who can successfully run their practices independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a dental Office Leader, Practice Manager, Regional Manager, or in a multi-site dental operations leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success coaching individuals and teams toward measurable improvement.
  • Experience overseeing practice operations, financial performance, and team development.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management and reporting systems such as Open Dental, DOMO, Axle, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coach Office Leaders and their teams, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
  • Conduct structured weekly performance and accountability conversations.
  • Lead training and development initiatives for Office Leaders.
  • Support newly promoted or transitioning leaders through hands-on and remote coaching.
  • Build a culture of accountability, recognition, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with Doctors.
  • Coach Doctors around production, comprehensive diagnosis, patient communication, and practice performance.
  • Use data and performance trends to identify opportunities and guide productive conversations.
  • Partner with Doctors and Office Leaders to create actionable plans for underperforming practices.
  • Oversee the financial and operational performance of the practices within your region.
  • Review key performance indicators and financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
  • Coach practices toward established production, profitability, collection, hygiene, and operational goals.
  • Partner with Doctors and Office Leaders to manage expenses.
  • Identify performance gaps quickly and create clear plans for improvement.
  • Maintain awareness of daily office performance.
  • Coach teams on Platinum's patient experience and sales processes.
  • Help teams confidently communicate treatment recommendations and financial options to patients.
  • Ensure patient financing options are consistently and proactively presented.
  • Identify opportunities within the patient journey and coach teams toward improvement.
  • Reinforce comprehensive patient care as the foundation for sustainable practice growth.
  • Help Office Leaders recruit, develop, retain, and engage high-performing teams.
  • Coach leaders through performance management, conflict resolution, recognition, onboarding, and team development.
  • Address performance and personnel concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Partner with organizational leadership when practices require additional support or intervention.
  • Promote open communication, teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor hygiene performance and support practices in maintaining strong patient reappointment rates.
  • Help practices optimize specialty scheduling and referral opportunities.
  • Partner with specialty leadership to strengthen specialty production and relationships.
