The Regional Sales Leader, Horseshoe position is a key leadership role within Vive, a high-growth agtech firm. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring Vive’s portfolio sales objectives are met across a large territory in the US. This role involves coaching and mentoring Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), managing personnel within the region, building relationships with key customers and distribution partners, and driving business development and market share growth. The position requires a deep understanding of the US agricultural marketplace, agricultural sales, and the agricultural distribution model. The successful candidate will be a self-driven individual passionate about winning and representing a unique product line in a competitive market.
