About The Position

Reliability Solutions is hiring an experienced sales professional to join their fast-growing team as a Regional Sales Executive. This is a field-based role covering the Las Vegas metro area and greater Southern Nevada market, requiring regular in-person client visits throughout the territory. The executive will drive growth across Reliability Solutions’ full portfolio in North America, with a strong focus on the manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, and metals & mining sectors. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering the company's value proposition around reliability training, consulting, and onsite support. The company values autonomy, collaboration, and client impact, offering a competitive base salary plus a quarterly bonus tied to territory growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience with solution selling
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client challenges and propose solutions using a consultative approach
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels, including executive stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills — confident and polished engaging decision-makers
  • Proficiency with CRM software, ideally Salesforce, and Microsoft Office / presentation tools
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving ability
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Las Vegas, NV area

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business across the Las Vegas territory, targeting manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, and metals & mining clients
  • Sell the entire Reliability Solutions’ portfolio
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
  • Manage the sales funnel from lead generation through close, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with engineering, maintenance, operations, and executive-level stakeholders
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to grow account portfolios and drive long-term client value
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and client challenges in the Western United States
  • Coordinate risk identification and issue resolution throughout the sales and delivery process
  • Advocate for customer needs across Reliability Solutions departments
  • Identify success stories and secure customer references to support pipeline growth
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements that positively impact client experience
