About The Position

SmartRent is seeking Regional Sales Executives to join its Phoenix Corporate Headquarters. This role involves overseeing and expanding mid-market level accounts within a designated territory. The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing new business sales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a sales hunter (new logo/new revenue acquisition)
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing SaaS contracts
  • The ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives at leading enterprise companies
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the buying process
  • An all-in mentality ready to hit the ground running, have some fun and crush your goals as an individual and as a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, own and navigate buying committee relationships
  • Lead in depth discovery discussions to better understand our clients business operations, identifying true pain points for our partners to expertly diagnose the proper solutions
  • Partner with our Solutions Engineers team for in depth technical conversations and understanding of our clients work flow and how we seamlessly integrate
  • Become an expert not only in SmartRent solutions, but in SmartHome technology to take a truly consultative approach for our industry partners
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Account Managers and more to build strategic business plans for customers to execute deals and get across the finish line faster
  • Attend industry events and conferences with other sales and marketing team members
