Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience leading teams, preferably in field sales or execution-focused roles
Proven ability to drive results through others, including coaching, performance management, and accountability
Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel regularly (up to 50%), and operate across a broad regional footprint

Nice To Haves

Experience in CPG or alcohol beverage, with exposure to distributor or wholesaler networks
Background in developing and executing commercial or go-to-market strategies
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive team performance and execution

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to execution and results
Translate strategy into in-market execution, ensuring strong visibility, distribution, and performance across accounts
Drive performance through KPIs and execution standards, using data to coach, adjust, and improve results
Build and leverage relationships across distributors and key stakeholders to strengthen execution and expand influence
Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of priorities and speed to market
