We’re a Technology-Driven HR Compliance Company helping HR teams across the U.S. stay compliant, efficient, and effective. We are hiring a Regional Sales Director to manage our Northwest territory: Northern CA, Oregon, Washington. As an Individual Contributor, you’ll be the face of BASIC in your territory — building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals. You’ll sell: Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, Lifestyle & Fringe), COBRA Administration, and Compliance Solutions. Your job? Drive new revenue. Grow your book. Own your success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of B2B sales success — preferably in benefits, insurance, or compliance
- Experience with consultative/relationship-based sales
- Valid driver’s license for partner visits
- A hunter — you build and close deals, not just chase leads
- Persistent, strategic, and disciplined in your approach
- A relationship builder who knows how to influence and advise
- Resilient — you turn obstacles into opportunities
- Driven by results, competition, and the thrill of winning
