By combining ADM's capabilities in fermentation, ingredient solutions, renewable materials, and technical expertise, BioSolutions partners with customers to create value and drive growth through differentiated solutions. The Regional Sales Director will lead a high-performing sales team focused on accelerating growth across two or more strategic non-food market segments, including but not limited to fermentation, plant care, consumer care, and general industrial applications. Segment leadership responsibilities may vary and will be assigned to best support the strategic goals of the BioSolutions business. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, cultivating and strengthening strategic customer and industry relationships, and advancing commercialization and market adoption of ADM's expanding BioSolutions portfolio. The Regional Sales Director will play a critical part in identifying emerging market opportunities, translating customer needs into value-added solutions, and positioning ADM as a trusted innovation partner.
