This role is an independent contributor position with no direct reports, focused on acquiring and growing relationships with new and existing individual brokers, producer groups, and national accounts. The Regional Sales Director will drive growth in the established West Coast/California territory, supported by an experienced internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong life insurance background and experience in wholesale and point-of-sale strategies. This is a fully remote position with travel requirements.
