About The Position

The Regional Sales Director for the Desert Region will lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth within their assigned territory. This role involves managing a sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers to promote iRhythm's cardiac health solutions. The objective is to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Desert Region.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of success in medical device or healthcare sales, particularly in a regional leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the cardiac health market and healthcare industry.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital health solutions or wearable biosensors.
  • Established network of contacts within the cardiology community in the Desert Region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events.
  • Manage regional budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiac health technology and the healthcare industry.
