About The Position

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for hunting, qualifying, and closing net-new enterprise revenue within our highest-potential target accounts. The digital marketing landscape has changed—traditional playbooks no longer protect revenue or drive true incrementality. In this role, you will be the absolute expert in the room, cutting through noise to build trusted, deeply consultative relationships with modern enterprise marketing executives. We are looking for a proactive hunter and a relentless closer who leverages advanced sales technologies and a high daily cadence to build an autonomous pipeline and deliver sustained competitive advantage for our brand partners.

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of direct, quota-carrying experience developing enterprise relationships and closing mid-market to enterprise technology, SaaS, or digital media deals.
  • A proactive self-starter who treats sales technology as a strategic lever, heavily utilizing AI automation, workflows, and intent data to scale outbound precision.
  • High business acumen, sales IQ, and intellectual curiosity. You have the natural authority needed to challenge legacy thinking and consult confidently with executive decision-makers.
  • You should understand the affiliate marketing category, but you don’t have to be an expert but you should understand the online makreintg landscape and those who operate in it.
  • Demonstrated experience using value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) to move enterprise deals cleanly through a complex funnel.
  • A strong understanding of the shifting digital landscape, with the ability to articulate how creator networks, affiliate models, and automation are converging to replace traditional multi-channel spent.
  • High-energy and exceptionally self-motivated; highly disciplined at maintaining a relentless activity cadence while working remotely.

  • Direct background selling retail MarTech, affiliate solutions, or working within a hyper-growth enterprise SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build your regional pipeline aggressively, leaning into modern generative AI tools, data automation, and advanced sales intelligence stacks to identify and engage high-potential prospects.
  • Conduct sharp, high-impact enterprise discovery calls, dismantling legacy mindsets, uncovering hidden inefficiencies, and proving how partner marketing convergence drives real revenue.
  • Move prospects past simple administrative automation by constructing airtight business cases tied strictly to financial incrementality and programmatic revenue protection.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes, successfully alignment brand marketing leaders, legal, security, and finance to compress deal velocity.
  • Maintain meticulous pipeline metrics within CRM automation tools, leveraging data to deliver predictable forecasting to sales leadership.
  • Tailor and deliver sharp, high-velocity presentations that articulate our enterprise heritage and differentiate us clearly from legacy software vendors.
