About The Position

We are seeking an experienced result-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead occupancy growth, sales performance, and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on coaching teams, developing market strategies, and driving census growth while fostering a culture of excellence. Regional leadership in the Independent Living Sales sector is required.
Requirements
- Regional Sales Director experience in Senior Living required.
- Proven success in sales management and leadership with exceptional customer service skills.
- 3+ years’ experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience in Senior Living.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Above average presentation skills including interactions with managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives.

- Independent and Assisted Living experience preferred.
- Regional leadership in the Independent Living Sales sector is required.
