About The Position

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Director of Community Relations who is a sales professional committed to quality and building relationships, rather than just chasing metrics. This role focuses on driving occupancy by developing meaningful personal relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional partners through a prospect-centered selling approach. The schedule is Sunday to Thursday, with a base salary of $75-80,000, plus additional monthly commissions and bonuses.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in assisted living
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Possessing a driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
Ability to speak intelligently about our services
