The Regional Sales Director is responsible for building relationships and supporting sales to achieve agreed upon targets in their designated block of business within the WFG channel. This role involves managing a defined territory to generate sales and develop new business by actively prospecting, establishing long-lasting relationships, and servicing existing clients. The position requires promoting products through presentations and seminars, providing superior service, and making the right connections to sell solutions and support implementation. A key aspect of the role is to build and execute a sales plan, identify marketing and sales opportunities, and develop and provide sales and product training seminars. The Regional Sales Director will also serve as the primary contact for escalated support for distributors.
