The successful candidate will manage all sales and executional functions within their assigned geography, including retail sales, account management, and wholesaler sales. Selling and servicing PMI U.S.’s products in retail stores across the assigned geography includes driving new item distribution, executing promotions, merchandising products, and ensuring product freshness. This role also serves as the sales functional leader for their region on the VP of Sales’ executive team. This individual effectively leverages data to provide leadership and direction to their team, enabling the development of fact-based customer presentations and consistent execution of our call process. They are responsible for managing budgets for merchandising materials, T&E, and SG&A within the region. The successful candidate is self-motivated to achieve their personal best every day while fostering an environment built on cooperation, credibility, candor, consistency, and a commitment to exceptional performance.
