About The Position

We are seeking a driven sales professional to generate net-new business within the hotel and convention center markets, while also expanding and deepening relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter who thrives on securing new logos, building pipeline from the ground up, and closing high-impact, strategic engagements. In this role, you will sell our hospitality solutions through proactive prospecting, in-person customer meetings, and disciplined territory planning. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding a defined revenue target by developing effective account strategies, maintaining a healthy and predictable pipeline, and consistently driving new customer acquisition across the Central U.S.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, integrity, and the ability to build professional trust and respect.

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • 5+ years of technology and software sales experience preferably in the hospitality/digital engagement industry.
  • Ability to travel frequently (around 30%) for onsite customer meetings, industry conferences, community visits, and in-person support of sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new revenue by sourcing and closing new business opportunities within the hotels and convention centers, leveraging both marketing-generated leads and proactive outbound prospecting against targeted accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, with a strong emphasis on new customer acquisition and first-time engagements.
  • Build, manage, and continuously grow a robust sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting and territory planning.
  • Sell directly to customers while also partnering with channel partners to identify opportunities, influence deals, and drive incremental revenue across the West Coast.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop deal strategies, advance opportunities, and successfully close business.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, maintaining visibility into pipeline health and expected revenue.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced, monthly close environment.
  • Deliver regular updates on opportunity status, pipeline progression, and key account activity.
  • Stay current on company products, services, and solutions, and effectively articulate value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends, actively gathering intelligence to inform sales strategies.
