The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for driving sales and market growth within their assigned region, ensuring alignment with Biodesix’s strategic goals. This leader will guide a high-performing sales team, fostering relationships with key healthcare partners including interventional pulmonologists, pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, general practitioners, and other clinical stakeholders. The RSD will recruit, train, and develop field-based sales professionals, providing hands-on coaching and direction to achieve and exceed regional objectives. They will also cultivate partnerships with physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators to strengthen Biodesix’s presence and reputation in the market. This role includes accountability for regional forecasting, budget management, and execution of sales strategies that deliver measurable impact.
