About The Position

Canteen, a division of Compass Group North America, is hiring a Regional Sales Director for the Coastal California market, covering Oxnard, Ventura, and Thousand Oaks. This individual-contributor role focuses exclusively on developing new business. The role involves prospecting, building customer relationships, growing the business, and achieving sales goals as part of a collaborative team. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with stated earning potential of more than $125,000. Responsibilities

Maintain and update the territory database.
Develop a territory strategy to maximize sales.
Make sales calls to prospective customers.
Identify problems customers are trying to solve.
Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to achieve KPIs.
