The Regional Sales Director will identify opportunities, position Delta Star’s solutions, mentor sales representatives, and work cross‑functionally to ensure customer needs are understood and met. Additionally, the role requires providing market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to guide business growth. A typical day may include customer visits, preparing account strategies, evaluating technical specifications, coordinating with engineering, or supporting escalated customer concerns. The role also involves bringing customers to manufacturing facilities, maintaining CRM data, and working closely with Sales Leadership for alignment.
