About The Position

This Regional Sales Manager will represent sales in the Mountain West region, covering Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. The selected candidate must reside within this region. NICOR Lighting LLC. has been a leader in crafting high-performance lighting solutions for over 40 years, merging value and design excellence. NICOR is seeking a results-driven sales professional with proven experience in the lighting or electrical industry, possessing strong technical and market knowledge, discipline, and drive to succeed in a performance-based sales environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of results, approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and consistently operates with integrity, motivated by sales goals and valuing relationships.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the lighting industry or electrical field (required; candidates without this experience will not be considered)
  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer representative and distributor sales channels
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented work style
  • High ethical standards and a solutions-first approach to challenges
