About The Position
Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our outdoor team at a Gas Station as an Event Field Sales Representatives and In-Store Credit Sales Advisor. This is a flexible seasonal contract role, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time work, running between April and September 2026. There is also potential to continue working with Kognitive after the seasonal contract concludes.
Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable travelling within your assigned territory
- Outgoing and confident communicator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check

- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Work outdoors and In-Store at the assigned gas station and store locations within your territory
- Educate customers on financial product features and benefits
- Drive sales, customer sign-ups, and brand awareness
