Requirements

Commercial roofing experience preferred - TPO, EPDM, Built-Up Roof Systems
Assist with preparing client presentations and sales proposals
Be a self-starter and have good time management skills
Ability to understand and communicate knowledge of roof products and systems
Must show positive work ethic and a strong ability to self-motivate
Experienced in making business to business development calls
Must possess the ability to work both within a team environment as well as individually.
Past sales or marketing experience is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be well organized with solid time management skills
Strong communication & writing skills
Good Relationship Building skills
Excellent Follow-up skills
Valid Driver’s License
Authorized to work in Canada

Responsibilities

Identify & prospect clients in commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors
Maintain CRM records, tracked leads, and updated client communications
Actively participated in meetings and calls and following up on actionable items
Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
Possess customer centric qualities and develop new accounts
Strive to meet and exceed all sales targets
