Regional Safety Manager

RoadrunnerGrand Prairie, TX
$80,000 - $90,000Onsite

About The Position

Roadrunner’s network performance depends on disciplined, high integrity maintenance operations across every regional terminal. As we scale a differentiated long haul LTL model, the reliability of our fleet, facilities, and vendor ecosystem becomes a strategic advantage—not a back-office function. This role exists to elevate maintenance standards, strengthen compliance, and drive cost efficient execution across a geographically distributed operation. The Manager, Regional Maintenance ensures our equipment, processes, and people operate at a level that supports network speed, safety, and consistency. Success in this role means building a proactive, data driven maintenance culture; reducing avoidable costs; improving CSA performance; and ensuring every terminal operates with predictable, audit ready discipline. This leader will be a force multiplier for field teams and a trusted partner to operations, safety, and executive leadership.
