About The Position

As a full-time Regional Auction Manager at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our remarketing operations, driving revenue growth by building and managing relationships with auctions and OEM partners. You’ll develop and execute growth strategies, coordinate auction activities, and represent the SIXT premium brand across multiple channels. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have deep automotive and auction industry experience, and excel at relationship management and strategic planning, this is the role for you.

Requirements

8 years of experience in the automotive industry
3 years in the auction industry
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of AutoIMS and regional pricing processes
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or remotely
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High safety awareness
Experience analyzing remarketing data
Experience developing comprehensive plans
Experience establishing national vendor agreements
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

3 years in the rental industry
Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Support the growth of SIXT’s revenue by identifying, acquiring, and managing auction partners
Manage strategic planning, promotional activities, and performance targets with auction partners and OEMs
Liaise with direct dealer sales, operations, and field remarketing to drive consistency and maximize volume
Maintain and enhance auction lane positioning, CR scores, and dealer participation to elevate the SIXT brand
Receive and resolve issues with auction partners, establish best practices, and represent units across wholesale channels
Assist with vendor partnerships, marketing efforts, and the evaluation of vehicle disposal methods to optimize revenue and reduce costs
