Requirements
- 8 years of experience in the automotive industry
- 3 years in the auction industry
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of AutoIMS and regional pricing processes
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or remotely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Maintain high safety awareness
- Drive efficiency through best practices
- Experience analyzing remarketing data
- Developing comprehensive plans
- Establishing national vendor agreements

Responsibilities
- Support the growth of SIXT’s revenue by identifying, acquiring, and managing auction partners
- Manage strategic planning, promotional activities, and performance targets with auction partners and OEMs
- Liaise with direct dealer sales, operations, and field remarketing to drive consistency and maximize volume
- Maintain and enhance auction lane positioning, CR scores, and dealer participation to elevate the SIXT brand
- Receive and resolve issues with auction partners, establish best practices, and represent units across wholesale channels
- Assist with vendor partnerships, marketing efforts, and the evaluation of vehicle disposal methods to optimize revenue and reduce costs
