The purpose of the Regional Referral Coordinator is to positively affect the practice referral management process by documenting, contacting and scheduling referrals. The employee will use the provided tools and training to effectively track referrals from the source and follow them through to positive conversion as patients. The employee will execute the highest level of customer service to welcome patients into the practice and back into the clinics. Additionally, the role will provide tools and analysis to improve the practice referral conversion (capture rate). This position requires simple computer data entry and use of computer-based systems and will work under the direction of the Front Office Manager and with other senior leaders to achieve goals and objectives under all pillars of the organization.
