About The Position

As a Regional Recruiting Specialist on the Field Recruiting Team, you’ll play a critical role in building the top of the recruiting funnel. You will be responsible for supporting firm strategy and your ability to identify, engage, and generate talent pipelines will directly fuel the growth of the business.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales development, or a similar outbound role
  • Direct experience recruiting for financial services/insurance sales roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Interest in financial services and talent acquisition
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive Candidate Pipeline Development
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify and engage prospective financial advisors
  • Utilize sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, data platforms) to build and manage candidate lists
  • Conduct high-volume, high-quality cold outreach via messaging, email, and calls
  • Generate initial candidate interest and qualify prospects for handoff to recruiting leaders
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate pipelines and tracking systems
  • Leverage Tools & Market Data
  • Use technology and data tools to identify new talent pools and sourcing opportunities
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline conversion metrics
  • Continuously refine messaging and targeting strategies to improve effectiveness
  • Stay current on competitor hiring trends and talent movement
  • Support Recruiting Execution
  • Partner with Recruiting Directors, Regional Vice Presidents and firm leaders to align on target profiles and sourcing priorities
  • Consult with and train field partners on how to effectively leverage sourcing tools
  • Conduct 1:1 / group virtual workshops
  • Assist with the onboarding of new Recruiting Directors / Coordinators
  • Facilitate regional study groups
  • Contribute to recruiting campaigns, events, and sourcing initiatives
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and candidate experience in early stages
