Requirements

2–3 years Recruiting experience
Valid Driver’s License (Clean MVR)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
Ability to lead/push back with managers
Fluent in English and Spanish (Highly Preferred) with the confidence to manage conflict and "stand your ground" with hiring managers.
Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office and experience with HRIS/ATS (Dayforce experience is a plus).
A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are mandatory for regional travel.
An outgoing, "people person" attitude with a focus on honest, grassroots outreach.

Responsibilities

Drive the company recruitment van to 30–50 accounts across NC and Western VA to find top-tier talent.
Act as a Talent Acquisition Specialist by building deep partnerships with local organizations like Goodwill, NC Works, and technical colleges.
Organize and host at least 5 job fairs per quarter to ensure a steady candidate flow.
Work closely with Branch Managers to monitor open orders, acting as a consultant to ensure the right hiring paths are taken.
Manage a monthly Indeed sponsorship budget to maximize visibility for high-priority roles.
