About The Position

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regional Recruiter for its Talent Acquisition team in the West region, covering vacancies in NM, AZ, CO, and UT. This is a remote position that supports recruitment and staffing efforts by providing high-level customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the full-cycle recruiting process. The role requires a strong understanding of candidate recruiting methodologies, experience in high-volume sourcing and screening, and familiarity with applicant-tracking systems, preferably iCIMS. The department operates at a fast pace, managing a high volume of requisitions with the goal of quickly sourcing and filling vacancies. TKC Holdings is a military and veteran-friendly employer.

Requirements

  • At least four (4) years of full life-cycle high volume hourly recruitment experience within a corporate environment.
  • Creative sourcing strategies ('outside-the-box' thinking).
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including internet mining and advanced networking.
  • Negotiations expertise.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, specifically iCIMS.
  • Technology skills and PC experience with Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience working in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective and comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned non-exempt and exempt requisitions.
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working across department lines with people at all levels.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist other recruiters as needed.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Hire a high volume of candidates.
  • Train West region new hiring managers twice monthly on TA Recruiting Processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all areas of Talent Acquisition, including recruiting for various lines of business and both Exempt and Non-Exempt employees.
  • Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle and logistics, including sourcing, running sourcing campaigns in iCIMS, posting on internal and external sites, screening, interviewing, facilitating the offer process, and dispositioning candidates.
  • Communicate with District Managers on hiring needs for new facility openings.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to assigned hiring managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
