As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, this role is responsible for attracting high-calibre talent across North America, supporting the firm’s commercial, functional, and growth priorities. The position manages end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority level, with a high degree of autonomy whilst aligning with global standards. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will partner closely with senior hiring managers across the United States and Canada. Working as part of both the regional and global TA teams, the role plays a pivotal part in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent in highly competitive markets, contributing directly to the firm’s continued growth in North America.
