About The Position

Regional Property Manager needed to lead operations for an owner managed, multifamily portfolio in Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic leader to make a meaningful impact on a Class A portfolio, 5-6 properties, 1,200+ units. This home office position is based in Atlanta, GA and requires travel to Alabama and Tennessee.

Requirements

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or portfolio management role
• Proven track record managing properties with 1,200+ units
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L statements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Knowledge of multifamily industry standards and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties as needed

Nice To Haves

• CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation or similar professional certification
• Experience with Class A multifamily properties
• Background in marketing and leasing strategy
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and budgeting across the 1,200-unit multifamily portfolio, ensuring profitability and strong returns
• Direct day-to-day operations at multiple properties, maintaining high standards of property maintenance and resident services
• Lead and mentor property management teams across all locations, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction through quality management practices
• Implement operational best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to maintain portfolio competitiveness
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
