Regional Project & Construction Specialist – New England Based

Join our Travel Store Conversion team, where you’ll evaluate, prepare, and maintain job sites, take on repairs, renovations, and carpentry projects like building store fixtures and displays, and support other trades along the way. Travel and overnight stays required, working on-site during the day.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or a related trade is a plus—but we’re open to motivated candidates eager to learn.
- Comfort with frequent travel (75–100%), including overnight stays of up to four nights per week
- Valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle record, and minimum age of 21.
- Ability to meet safety and compliance requirements, including pre-employment drug screening and obtaining a DOT medical card (CDL-related).
- Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods (8+ hours), and safely use standard hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and mindset—you take initiative, solve problems in real time, and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Build and renovate store interiors: light framing, flooring, painting, basic drywall, and finish work
- Install retail fixtures and structures (gondolas, walls, cash wraps, door frames, greenhouses)
- Assist with demolition, clean-outs, and site preparation
- Operate equipment (forklift training provided) and follow OSHA standards
- Work closely with merchandising and vendor teams to execute and support conversion plans
- Travel to stores across our region (overnights required; up to 3–4 nights/week)
