Responsible for the overall operation of the practice, including financial, quality, and technical requirements and metrics. This role involves formulating and managing clinic operating budgets, center goals, continuous improvement plans, and marketing activities to ensure patient flow. The Regional Practice Manager will communicate with physician partners, address concerns, and plan activities to meet patient needs in accordance with medical center administrative procedures and regulatory compliance. The position requires developing and implementing methods for efficient use of resources while improving patient care standards, monitoring department costs, and recommending capital equipment acquisitions. Collaboration with HR is essential for managing job postings, interviews, applicant responses, employee files, performance evaluations, and onboarding new hires. The role also involves coordinating communication with physician partners, preparing management presentations, tracking operational metrics, managing inventory, developing marketing materials, planning physician and investor meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and patient confidentiality (HIPAA). The Regional Practice Manager serves as the primary liaison between physician partners, the practice, and AVP, developing relationships with referring agents and obtaining necessary information for patient care. They will evaluate clinic activities for patient care, staff relations, and service efficiency, and perform other duties as assigned. Key responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors professionally, providing leadership, coaching, counseling, and mentoring staff, maintaining orientation and termination protocols, implementing AVP corporate policies, assisting with employee development plans, administering disciplinary actions, onboarding new physicians and allied health professionals, ensuring timely payroll approval, assessing and improving patient flows, championing communication huddles and meetings, partnering with leadership on strategic and financial plans, managing front office operations with RCM to maximize patient satisfaction and collections, preparing financial reconciliations, assisting with business development and outreach, and supporting leadership with financial reporting and budgeting. They will also garner partnerships with physicians and allied health staff, and assist Leads and Office Managers with supply management, equipment maintenance, and purchasing.
