Fraser Health is seeking a dedicated professional to join their dynamic team as a Full Time, Regional Peer Practice Lead. This role supports the vision, values, purpose, and commitments of Fraser Health, focusing on service delivery centered around patients, clients, residents, and families. The Regional Peer Practice Lead is instrumental in partnering with Fraser Health Programs/Services and community partners to facilitate and promote the meaningful engagement of people with lived experience of substance use (peers) in harm reduction policy, program development, education, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The role involves delivering education, informing guideline and standards development, and leading or participating in clinical and advisory networks from a lived experience perspective. Additionally, the position develops, implements, and facilitates initiatives to support program goals, enhance accessibility, equity, and effectiveness of health services, and improve individual health outcomes for people who use substances. This includes facilitating peer advisory groups, workplans, and initiatives aligned with program goals to promote inclusive engagement.
