About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager in Billings, Montana. This supervisory position holds authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement, and monitor property operations, profitability, quality service, marketing, and resident relations, while maintaining the Company's investment. The role involves utilizing management skills to train, motivate, and empower associates to reach their goals and those of the properties. The primary responsibility is to maintain the integrity of the physical asset and maximize returns in accordance with the Company's mission, vision, and objectives.

Requirements

Multi-site property management experience
Ability to supervise and lead a team
Financial analysis/budget knowledge
Self-motivated and self-directed
Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent verbal and organization skills
Budget and financial reporting knowledge
Three or more years of property management experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Montana Property Management License or the ability to obtain one within 60 days

Responsibilities

Maintain the integrity of the physical asset and maximize returns for the asset in accordance with the Company's mission, vision, and objectives.
Plan, implement, and monitor the property's operations, profitability, quality service, marketing, and resident relations.
