About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager in Great Falls, MT. This position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing the returns for the asset in accordance with the Company's mission, vision, and objectives. This is a supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor the property's operations, profitability, quality service, marketing, and resident relations, while maintaining the Company's investment. The role involves utilizing management skills to train, motivate and empower associates to reach their goals and those of our properties.

Requirements

Montana Property Management License or the ability to obtain one within 60 days
Multi-site property management experience
Ability to supervise and lead a team
Financial analysis/budget knowledge
Self-motivated and self-directed
Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent verbal and organization skills
Budget and financial reporting knowledge
Three or more years of property management experience
Bachelor's degree from a four- year college or university
