About The Position

Responsible for traveling to Love’s store locations throughout the assigned region and assessing, advising, and training store managers on propane usage, safety, and other income items/programs. This position will oversee other income programs for multiple Love's locations (multi-unit program management).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous multi-unit retail experience or restaurant management experience.
• Must exhibit strong customer service focus skills; detail-oriented and highly self-motivated.
• A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are required (a company vehicle is provided).
• Manual dexterity is sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

Nice To Haves

• 4-year college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate the store propane program.
• Provide detailed reports and feedback regarding store programs.
• Advise and train Love's store managers on the "other income" programs that we offer to customers at store locations (i.e. the propane refill program, lottery ticket program, customer storage solutions program, etc.).
• Develop a budget and analyze the P&L reports.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing.
• Other duties are assigned as needed.
